Everyone will choose their field of interest for one week. Teams will be formed and a volunteer will be chosen who will lead the team for one week. After every week people can join another field or continue with the same field. In one week everyone has to work on a mini-project parallelly with learning it as the fastest way of learning is by doing and lead has to ensure that everyone is understanding the concept and working on the mini-project.

Lead is the connection between the authority and the team.
Lead will ensure that no one is lacking.
Lead can take calls if the majority of his team is uncomfortable with timings or speed, but he/she will tell this to authority before making a decision.
Advices
Always ask your doubts to your peers when stuck.
Learning is important. So first focus on learning the concept then try to implement it in the project.
