Who am I ? 

• Myself an expatriate, I had to adapt, personnaly and professionnaly 

• I've already spent some semesters abroad (Germany, China and Canada) : getting the habit of new environments, that's something I know about!  

• Because of my experience, I adapt very well to all profiles : reconverted for 2 years to a professional Coach and a Trainer (for individuals, companies, colleges), I worked before for 6 years in startups in different positions 

• I particularily like to realize Skills Assessments because I'm sure that when we can build our own spot, the one that allows us to align with who we are (strenghts, talents, particularities) and what energizes us (values, desires, passions) while respecting our needs, then:  
  > we are motivated with our work
  > we contribute more
