Welcome to Skildal Industries. This page explains who owns the films, games, websites etc. we create, so there is never any doubt.
1. Our Structure
Skildal Industries is the main brand (the "parent company"). It covers all of our creative under-brands, which currently include:
Skildal Studios (Film & Video Production)
Skildal Games (Game Development)
Skildal Websites (Web Development)
Skildal Movies (Movie Database)
And other projects, which currently include:
Skildal Industries Search Engine
2. Full Personal Ownership
Viktor Skildal Nielsen personally owns 100% of everything made under Skildal Industries and its under-brands. This includes all ideas, scripts, code, graphics, and finished projects.
If one of the under-brands (like Skildal Studios) gets the rights to a project, those rights belong directly to Viktor Skildal Nielsen as a person.
3. Right to Use and Take Back
Viktor Skildal Nielsen always has the right to use any project or file for personal use, school assignments, or his professional portfolio. He also has the right to take any rights to material back from Skildal Industries at any time.
4. Protection for the Future
If Skildal Industries changes in the future—for example, if it becomes a registered company with a CVR-number, gets new partners, or changes leadership—Viktor Skildal Nielsen can freely change or transfer ownership at any time. However, for anyone else, the ownership of past and current projects cannot be changed or transferred without Viktor Skildal Nielsen’s personal, written signature.
