End User License Agreement for Ski Jumper Game

By downloading or using Ski Jumper Game (the “App”), you agree to the following terms:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  
  

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
  
  

3. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, and design within Ski Jumper Game are the property of the developer and protected by applicable laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free
  
  

• The App will operate uninterrupted
  
  

• The App will meet your specific expectations
  
  

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
  

• Loss of data
  
  

• Device issues arising from use of the App
  
  

Use of the App is at your own risk.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
