A. Google Account Information
When you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, the Application may access:

Enabling access to the Application
We do not sell or use your email address for advertising or marketing purposes.
B. Camera Access
The Application requests access to the device camera solely for:
Face detection
Face scanning
Attendance verification
Camera access is only active while using attendance features.
The Application does not:
Record video continuously
Capture images in the background
Use the camera for surveillance or unrelated purposes
C. Biometric Information (Facial Recognition Data)
To verify attendance, the Application converts facial features into an encrypted mathematical representation (face template).
Important information:
Facial processing occurs entirely on the user's device.
No biometric data is uploaded to any server.
No facial images are stored online.
Face templates remain stored only on the user's device.
Biometric templates are encrypted before storage.
Biometric information is used exclusively for attendance verification.
We do not collect, store, or transmit biometric data to external servers.
3. Data Storage
Attendance records and biometric templates are stored locally on the user's device.
Security measures include:
Encrypted biometric templates
Local database storage
On-device processing
If the application is uninstalled, application data is cleared, or the device is reset, locally stored attendance and biometric data may be permanently deleted.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or other third parties.
Specifically, we do not share:
Facial recognition data
Biometric templates
Attendance records
Camera images
Your email address is used only for authentication through Google Sign-In and is not shared for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Internet Connection
The Application's core attendance functionality operates locally on your device.
An internet connection is required only for certain features such as:

Account authentication
License or subscription verification (if applicable)
Biometric processing and attendance verification continue to occur entirely on the device.

7. Data Retention and Deletion
Attendance records and biometric templates remain stored locally on the device until deleted.
Users may delete their data by:
Removing registered face data within the Application
Clearing application data
Uninstalling the Application
If you use Google Sign-In and wish to delete your account information associated with the Application, you may submit a request using the account deletion page provided in the Google Play listing.
Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
8. Children's Privacy
Skeny Attendance is not intended for independent use by children without appropriate supervision from an organization, school, or legal guardian where applicable.
Organizations using the Application are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical safeguards, including:
On-device biometric processing
Encryption of biometric templates
Secure communication (HTTPS) for Google Sign-In
Restricted camera access
Although we strive to protect your information, no security system can guarantee absolute security.
