SkeltonCrew ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SkeltonCrew mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our App. By using SkeltonCrew, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When an administrator creates an account on your behalf, we collect:

•       Full name

•       Email address

•       Password (stored securely, never in plain text)

•       User role (Admin, Supervisor, or Forklift Driver)

In the course of using the App, we collect and store:

•       Tournament names, dates, and configuration

•       Court assignments and status information

•       Worker check-in and check-out times

•       Payment amounts and payment method (cash or Zelle)

•       Worker performance ratings and notes

•       Courts worked per worker per tournament

For workers tracked in the system, we store:

•       Full name

•       Preferred payment method

•       Zelle contact information (if applicable)

•       Lifetime tournaments worked and average rating

•       Earnings history by year

We use the information we collect to:

•       Provide and operate the SkeltonCrew App

•       Manage tournament workforce assignments and scheduling

•       Track and process worker payments

•       Maintain worker performance history

•       Allow administrators to manage user accounts and roles

•       Ensure data consistency across multiple simultaneous users

All App data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party backend infrastructure provider based in the United States. Supabase uses industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not store any data locally on your device beyond what is required for the App to function.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

•       To Supabase, solely for the purpose of hosting and storing App data

•       If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

•       To protect the rights, property, or safety of SkeltonCrew, its users, or others

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Tournament data and worker records are retained indefinitely to support historical reporting and payment records. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us using the information below.

SkeltonCrew is intended for use by adults (18 years of age or older) in a professional workforce management context. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address below. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
