The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 12-B serves the youth with integrity, transparency, and accountability. In accordance with Republic Act No. 10742 (SK Reform Act of 2015), it acts as the official youth governing body of the barangay.

Guided by participatory governance and responsible leadership, the council implements programs and activities that promote youth development, civic engagement, and community involvement, while ensuring proper documentation and public access to its official actions.
