The seminar was organized by the Association of Local Government Budget Officers - Davao Region in collaboration with the Department of Budget and Management Regional Office XI, under the leadership of Regional Director Gary R. Martel.
Throughout the three-day seminar, the SK officials gained valuable insights into the history of the SK Act, as well as proper planning, budgeting processes, and guidelines for the responsible utilization of SK funds.
