This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Skate Evolve, a mobile game published by Bird on the Lettuce.
Game Data
Skate Evolve does not require you to create a Bird on the Lettuce account. Game information such as progress, in-game currencies, upgrades, Mastery progress, cosmetics, scores, settings, and related game state is primarily stored locally on your device.
Advertising
Skate Evolve uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide advertising. The game may display occasional interstitial advertisements at natural breaks between gameplay runs and optional rewarded advertisements that you may choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward.
Google and its advertising technologies may process information in connection with providing, measuring, securing, and serving advertisements. Depending on your device, region, settings, and applicable consent choices, this may include device or advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and app information, interactions with advertisements, and diagnostic or performance information.

Consent and Privacy Choices
Skate Evolve uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be presented with choices concerning advertising and data processing. Where required, you may be able to revisit these choices through the Privacy Options section in the game's settings.
The current version of Skate Evolve is configured to request non-personalized advertising without requesting Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission.
In-App Purchases
Skate Evolve offers optional in-app purchases through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. These may include consumable Gem packs and a non-consumable No Ads purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple. Bird on the Lettuce does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information through Skate Evolve.

The No Ads purchase permanently removes forced interstitial advertisements from the game. Optional rewarded advertisements may remain available when you voluntarily choose to watch one for an in-game reward.
Local Data and Retention
Gameplay data stored locally generally remains on your device until it is reset, removed, or the app is uninstalled, subject to your device and operating system's backup and data-management behavior.
Children's Privacy
Skate Evolve does not require a Bird on the Lettuce account and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account system. Third-party services used by the game may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
Third-Party Services
Skate Evolve uses third-party services including Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, and Apple's App Store/StoreKit. These services are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the game and information associated with its operation. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Skate Evolve or its services change. When we do, the "Last Updated" date above will be revised.
