SkateBudy

SkateBudy is an app developed by Thursheyco Arreguin, and Jarod Smith as a try before you buy type app with an option to upgrade to premium to get rid of advertising, and unlock taking notes & tracking your skateboarding stats features. This service is provided by Thursheyco Arreguin & Jarod Smith, and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform users of SkateBudy about our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if users decide to use our service.

We will not use or share your your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Security

We value you trusting us with your personal information that is why we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and reliable. This means I can't guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Policy

These services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If this does happen I will delete that personal information from the server. If you are a parent or guardian, and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

Changes To Privacy Policy

We may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. That means users will need to check up periodically for changes to this page. The changes will be effective immediately after they are posted to this page.

Collection of User's Information

We collect user's location in order to find out weather conditions at user's current location.

We collect, and store all personal information related to your SkateBudy profile that you chose to provide us when you sign-up for a premium account.

E-mail Address - used to sign-in & reset password only.
Password - to securely log into your SkateBudy you sign-up for.
Photos, and Videos Uploaded - used for profile image & sharing a video to TikTok.
Skateboarding Statistics - used to keep track of your trick's lands, and fails.

How We Collect & Use Data

SkateBudy does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

For a better user experience, while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that is retained on your device, and is not collected by us in any way.

Log Data - uses your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of your device when using my service, the time & date of your service, and other statistics.
Cookies - small files of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers used for advertisements you see on the free version of SkateBudy. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit, and are stored on your device's internal memory.

Retention of User's Data & Deletion

We retain user data for as long as they're an active user of their SkateBudy account. If there hasn't been any activity in three years we will e-mail you to check if you still want your SkateBudy account. When you decide to cancel your account or we don't hear further from you, your account will be de-activated, and user data will be deleted.
