Hi, I’m Manny, the owner of Skartados Home Inspections LLC and a proud Hudson Valley local. I started this business because buying a home shouldn’t feel overwhelming or uncertain. With every inspection, my goal is to give you the clarity and confidence you need to move forward.

 Before starting my company, I spent years working in building safety and code enforcement industry, helping protect occupants by identifying safety concerns and construction issues before they became serious problems. . That experience taught me the importance of understanding a home beyond the surface level, what’s working, what’s not, and what could become a problem. Today, I bring that same level of care, insight, and attention to every inspection I perform. 

 I use modern tools such as thermal imaging and drone photography to help ensure nothing is overlooked. Every report is written in clear, easy-to-understand language, so you’re never left guessing. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a growing family, or preparing to sell, I’m here to help guide you through the process. 

 As a husband and new father, I understand the importance of feeling safe in your home. That’s why I inspect each property as if my own family were moving in.
