Welcome!

I am a Senior Researcher at the Labor Institute for Economic Research and a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Tampere University, where I received my PhD in Economics in February 2025.  I'm also affiliated with the Finnish Centre of Excellence for Tax Systems Research (FIT).

My research sits at the intersection of causal inference methods, welfare economics, and applied empirical analysis. I develop and apply tools from both causal inference and welfare economics to evaluate policies, aiming to shed light on their positive and normative implications.
