Back a few years ago, PHFR decided to switch the specialty houses of 66 & 68 around. 66 Used to be Hazmat, and 68 used to be marine. But since the swap now the specialty rigs and now 66 is the marine station, and 68 is now the hazmat station. This also means that crews who are certified as marine and hazmat had to swap houses. This was implemented back in 2023 and has been ever since.
