This course analyzes the geopolitical importance of regions and concentration of resources throughout the world in history and today. Because I have only taught the second semester, so far I have resources for:

Africa, South Asia (Indian subcontinent), the Middle East, Central Asia (the -stans), Southeast Asia (Malayan peninsula and island nations), East Asia, Oceania and the Arctic regions.
