San Jose National High School - Supreme Student Government, in a regular meeting assembled, hereby recommend the appointment of Mr. Dan Christian Tonio as the SPC Chairperson with its members being Mike Alfon Ronquillo, Rick Bantog, Dan Kirby Baltar, Eric Joel Salazar, John Laurence Bonales, Emmanuel Lagrosa, Adriel Malacao, Alfredo Cacatian, Jonathan Huenda, Melcris Segura, Alexander Oppura, Ionna Iva Galle Conde and Jaye-M Illustrisimo as they have passed all necessary criteria during the selection process as members of the SPC.

Creating Youth-Sector Leaders through a selection procedure to be conducted by the SSG whose mandatory core members shall come from the following: LGBTQIA+ Sector, Religious Sector, and the Editor-in-Chief of the English and Filipino Student Publications.

Through a Regular Meeting dated January 8, 2023, SSG President Carl John Bucala moved to adopt Establishing a Committee on Partnerships and Linkages and Appointment of Ms. Lind Say Pacon as Chairperson Therefor as a resolution.

The San Jose National High School - Supreme Student Government, in a regular meeting assembled, hereby recommend the appointment of Ms. Anniver Palema and Ms. Izzy Gaid as they have passed all necessary criteria during the selection process as members of the Finance Committee.

A JOINT RESOLUTION BY THE SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT AND YOUTH FOR ENVIRONMENT IN SCHOOLS CALLING FOR REIMPLEMENTATION OF A ZERO-WASTE POLICY IN SAN JOSE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
It has been observed that litter and garbage are not being properly disposed off and that buildings and properties inside the school perimeter are consistently seen having traces of single-use plastics, discarded food items, and other similar objects. As the Coordinating body for school organizations, the SSG tapped the YES-O for the matter as it is the only devoted and recognized organization by the Department of Education that handles issues relating to environmental awareness and conservation measures;

A JOINT RESOLUTION PROVIDING BASIS TO STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND DELEGATION OF DUTIES TO THE RED CROSS YOUTH OF SAN JOSE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
The matrix, guidelines, and implementing rules and regulations of all activities related to providing financial assistance shall be carried out by RCY with prior approval from the Office of the Principal, guided by all existing and relevant orders and memorandums of DepEd and Philippine jurisprudence. The SSG shall now only serve as a referral body to the RCY for all financial assistance requests coming from the student body.

A RESOLUTION CONDUCTING SERENATA CONCERT: A CONCERT TO SJIANS STUDENTS
As stated in article XVII, Section 5 of the constitution and By-Laws of the Supreme Student Government the SSG may undertake fundraising activities to subsidize its projects and activities as long as it will not affect or compromise the integrity of the SSG. John Edward Tabinga, Treasurer, proposed holding Serenata Concert as fundraising event to support upcoming prgrams, projects, and activities where local and school-based bands are inclined for partnerships to raise funds from this activity.

A RESOLUTION CONDUCTING WHAT LIES BETWEEN US: AN SSG VALENTINES DAY SPECIAL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
As indicated in the General Plan of Action of the SSG, the organization seeks to conduct Valentine's Day activities for the student body. In a Regular Meeting dated February 4, 2023, through the motions of the officers and duly seconded by the body, the following activities are set to be conducted on February 14 upon approval and release of funds:

A RESOLUTION INITIATING THE PAD PROJECT AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
The Pad Project is a program under the Makatao Core Value launched on National Women's Month as a means to provide free access to sanitary products such as napkins and liners to students in need. The program initially targets to benefit 300 students in its first month.

A RESOLUTION INITIATING THE PEER PROJECT & BOOKS ON WHEELS CAMPAIGN AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
The Peer Project & Books on Wheels Campaign is an intervention program focused on improving reading proficiency, comprehension, and basic arithmetic of students identified by the school Brigada Pagbasa Coordinator. It will also be accompanied by a book donation drive where external partners will be tapped.
