Welcome to the the SJMDC's open hunt page. Our hunt is open to both members and non-members. All registration fees go directly to the hunt and all prizes will be awarded. Check out the pictures from our hunts below!
The hunt is held at Atsion Lake, located in Wharton State Forest, 715 Route 206, Shamong NJ. This is a one day event with 3 seeded hunts and 1 optional ALL SILVER hunt. There is a very large covered pavilion with restrooms. The hunt field is a beach, so bring your sand scoop. Coffee, donuts, and water will be provided. Bring a chair and your lunch.
