About Me
I am currently a Research Scientist in the Device Intelligence team of the Device Software Research department at Nokia Bell Labs, Cambridge, UK. I also hold a Visiting Scholar position at the University of Cambridge, UK. My research interests are primarily surrounding applied machine learning for mobile and ubiquitous systems. Currently, I am working on projects involving Federated Learning, On-Device Learning, and TinyML.
Prior to joining Bell Labs, I completed my Ph.D. (with institute fellowship) at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur where I worked under the supervision of Dr. Sandip Chakraborty and Dr. Bivas Mitra. During my Ph.D. I worked on mobile and ubiquitous systems with a primary focus on the behavioral dynamics surrounding human activities. I am an alumnus of the UbiNet Research Group and CNeRG.
