Saint Joseph Home for Special Children Tarlac City is primarily concerned with special children with multi-disability. Although run by the Dominican Sisters of St. Joseph, it is a participatory apostolate which is a convergence of cooperation from the religious, the government, non-government organizations, and lay people.
