All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Product specifications, ratings, compatibility and usage details are mentioned as per available manufacturer information.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6. NON-RETURNABLE & NO REFUND POLICY

⚠️ All products sold by SJ GUPTA ENTERPRISES are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once shipped, if the product is correct and in proper condition.

Return/Replacement will only be accepted if:

Conditions for damage claim:

• Unboxing video required
  
  

• Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  
  

No return/refund will be allowed for:

• Burnt or short-circuited items

7. SERVICE TERMS

• Services will be provided as per quotation or agreement.
  
  

• Once service is completed, payment is non-refundable.
  
  

• Any additional work will be charged separately.
  
  

8. WARRANTY

• Warranty, if any, will be as per manufacturer terms.
  
  

• We do not provide additional warranty unless specifically mentioned.
  
  

• Warranty does not cover misuse, voltage fluctuation, improper installation, water damage or physical damage.
  
  

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SJ GUPTA ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
  
  

• Loss of business or profit
  
  

• Electrical accidents due to improper handling
  
  

• Delay caused by courier or third party
  
  

Maximum liability shall not exceed the transaction amount paid.

10. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

• Misuse products beyond electrical safety standards
  
  

• Use the platform for fraudulent transactions
  
  

• Provide false payment details
  
  

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
