Let’s step boldly into 2026 together — stronger, wiser, and more purposeful.
Breaking the Silence starts with understanding.
Across our schools, homes, and communities, many young people and adults are silently struggling with emotional pain they don’t know how to express. Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) is often misunderstood, hidden, and stigmatized — leaving families, educators, and helpers unsure of what to do or how to respond.
On March 1st — Self-Injury Awareness Day, join this powerful and informative FREE webinar designed to equip you with the knowledge, sensitivity, and practical tools needed to recognize and support those who may be hurting in silence.
This session will help you:
• Recognize warning signs and behaviors linked to self-injury
• Understand the emotional pain and underlying triggers behind NSSI
• Learn practical, compassionate ways to respond and support
• Access resources and strategies to help individuals move toward healing
Whether you are a parent, educator, youth worker, counselor, faith leader, or concerned community member, this conversation is timely, relevant, and deeply needed.
Let us create safer spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
Let us replace silence with understanding and action.
Join us. Learn with us. Help someone heal.
