He holds a Doctoral degree (PhD) in English Language Teaching (ELT) from JNTU, Hyderabad and several other educational qualifications in the areas of Business Management, Education and Arts

He led prestigious St. Mary's Centenary Degree College as Principal for six years during 2012-18 and made it as one of the most sought after colleges in twin cities by his innovative ideas in the areas of curriculum design and pedagogy and etc. Many of his articles have been published in reputed International and National Journals in the domains of management, education and literature.

Under his able and dynamic leadership the Department of Business Management at St. Joseph's Degree and PG College has introduced many innovative and unique Under Graduate courses like BBA (Business Analytics) with a MOU with IBM, BBA (Financial Markets) in collaboration with National Stock Exchange, BBA (Honors) to name a few.

A flag ship course PGDM is introduced recently offering many electives and a regular MBA programme with dual specialization is offered in association with Osmania University. About Principal St. Joseph’s PG College obtained permission to start Post Graduate courses in MCA and MBA in the year 1998 and 2001 respectively from AICTE and they are affiliated to Osmania University. HAES established St. Joseph’s College in 1997 responding to the longstanding need for higher education commemorating the Episcopal Silver Jubilee of His Grace Late Most Rev. Dr. S. Arulappa, former Chairman. Late Archbishop Marampudi Joji was a guiding force from 2000 – 2011.
