HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Recent Graduates (Batches 2026 and Later)

If you graduated from Grade 10 or Grade 12 at St. James Academy, Malabon, you are automatically registered as a member with a one-year validity period. Your initial membership fee was already included in your tuition.

Batch 2026–2027: You will be issued a physical alumni card.

Batch 2027–2028 and beyond: We are transitioning away from physical cards and will introduce an updated membership verification system (such as a digital alumni card) closer to your graduation.

Night High School

If you are a Night High School graduated in previous years, you are—considered a part of the St. James Academy alumni community. However, officially activating or renewing your active alumni membership unlocks exclusive privileges and helps sustain our community's initiatives.

Active membership benefits include:

Voting Rights: Shape the future of our community by voting for the next Board of Trustees.

Leadership Opportunities: Gain eligibility to be nominated and serve as a member of the Board of Trustees.

Alumni Network Perks: We are actively partnering with businesses owned and led by fellow alumni to bring you exclusive member discounts.

Event Discounts: Enjoy preferred pricing on tickets for homecomings, sports fests, and other alumni gatherings.

For Older Alumni

Why Become an Active Member?

Your membership dues directly fund our programs, community outreach, and the organization of alumni events. By formalizing your membership, you help us sustain the legacy of St. James Academy.

Fund Scholarships: A portion of all lifetime dues supports our alumni-backed scholarship grants for deserving SJA students.

Support Alumni Events: Membership fees help offset the costs of homecomings, career networking nights, and sports leagues.
