About:

Size Life is a writing contest inspired by the SizeRiot Writing Contest, created by Aborigen. This contest aims to pay tribute to its predecessor, filling in the void left behind but also establishing its own identity. But most importantly, the sole purpose of this contest is to give writers a platform to showcase their talents, while also challenging themselves as a creator!

This month, in honor of SizeRiot, the theme of this contest is "Riot". Whether you write a story of a riot against a tyrannical government, or a fun night at a comedy club, the power is in your hands! That being said, happy writing!

The theme of this contest is the word "Riot", paying homage to Size Riot.

specifically: a tumultuous disturbance of the public peace by three or more persons assembled together and acting with a common intent

2: a random or disorderly profusion

Rules

Follow the schedule, follow the deadlines. No extensions will be made.
Entries submitted must include the theme.
Maximum word limit is 2,000.
Only one story may be submitted per contestant.
Stories will be presented anonymously during the voting period.
1. If a contestant announces which story they wrote before the conclusion of the contest, they will be disqualified from the contest.
2. After the contest, contestants are free to publish their entry on their personal accounts.
Stories must be submitted via Google Docs or as a PDF. Please don't include images in your stories.
All characters must be 18+, no exceptions. Underage characters will get you disqualified and a suspension.
Tags and content warnings are encouraged.
