Q: How will I receive my recorded lesson?
A: Recordings are uploaded to a private link (Google Drive or YouTube unlisted) after each session.
Q: What equipment do I need?
A: You will need:
A piano/keyboard (or basic 5/8 octave keyboard)
A reliable internet connection
A smartphone with a stand
A laptop with a camera and microphone
Q: Do you accept children?
A: Yes — we teach students from age 5 and above. Lessons for children are structured, fun, and age-appropriate.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: Please provide 24 hours’ notice. See our Terms & Policies for last-minute changes and cancellations.
Q: Can you prepare me for performances or church leading?
A: Absolutely — we offer performance coaching and worship preparation packages.
Q: How do I pay for lessons?
A: All lesson fees must be paid 4 weeks in advance. We accept PayPal - aguoneg@gmail.com and Zelle - 6025875824. Payment is required before the first lesson of each 4-week period.
Q: What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a lesson?
A: Please notify at least 12 hours in advance. Lessons can be rescheduled within 7 days of the original booking. No-shows are non-refundable. see terms and Policies
