I feel that the best teachers are willing to modify and adapt to their students' needs. As your instructor, I pledge to respond to criticism and concerns in the interests of helping you grow as a student. 

Student Interaction

I feel that communication between the teacher and the student is critical to learning. That I, as the instructor, must speak with my students if I observe any issues or growth. However, I also want input from my students to help them learn and become more involved in the classroom. 

Goals For Students

My goal for everyone of my students is to make progress in their learning. While students should strive for perfection, it is crucial to acknowledge that this may not be achievable for all learners. However, a student who develops academically and personally during that school year is just as successful as one who masters content.
