1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile games and applications provided by Sixstone Games (the โServicesโ). The Services may be distributed through Google Play, the Apple App Store, ONE store, and Apps in Toss. Data practices may vary by platform, app version, and enabled features.
2. Information Collected Directly by the Developer
Sixstone Games does not require in-game account registration and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as names, phone numbers, or physical addresses through the Services.
If a user contacts us by email, we may process the email address and message content only to respond, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We retain such information only as long as necessary for those purposes.
3. Platforms, Advertising, and Third-Party Services
(1) Google Play, Apple App Store, and ONE store versions
Depending on the app version, the Services may use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display advertisements. Google AdMob may process the following information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention:
โข IP address and approximate location derived from it
โข Device identifiers and advertising identifiers
โข App launches, usage, and interaction information
โข Ad impressions, clicks, and other ad interaction information
โข Device, operating system, and app information
โข Performance, error, crash, and other diagnostic information
(2) Apps in Toss version
The Apps in Toss version does not use external advertising networks such as Google AdMob. Depending on enabled features, it may use Toss-provided user identification, login, in-app purchase, and in-app advertising functions. Toss and Sixstone Games process relevant information according to their respective privacy policies, applicable laws, and platform policies.
(3) App stores and payments
Google, Apple, ONE store, or Toss may process store account information, order identifiers, and purchase status for downloads, billing, purchase restoration, refunds, security, and fraud prevention. Sixstone Games does not directly receive complete card numbers or payment credentials.
We require third-party providers to maintain protections equivalent to those described in this Policy and to comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and their own privacy policies.

4. Purposes of Processing
Information may be processed to:
โข Provide, maintain, and restore the Services
โข Display personalized or non-personalized advertisements
โข Measure service usage and advertising performance
โข Process in-app purchases, refunds, and purchase restoration
โข Diagnose errors and improve performance and user experience
โข Maintain security and prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activity
โข Respond to inquiries and comply with legal obligations
5. Personalized Advertising, Tracking, and User Choices
Where required by law or platform policy, the Services request consent before processing advertising identifiers or tracking activity across apps. On Apple devices, permission is requested through App Tracking Transparency (ATT) when tracking is required.
Users may refuse or withdraw permission and manage advertising identifiers and personalized ads through their device privacy or advertising settings. Refusing non-essential tracking does not restrict the core game features.
6. Sharing, International Processing, and Protection
Sixstone Games does not sell usersโ personal information. To provide advertising, analytics, payment, security, and platform functions, information may be processed by relevant platforms or service providers and may be stored or processed in countries or regions where they operate. We take measures required by applicable law to protect information during international processing.
7. Retention, Deletion, and Withdrawal of Consent
Information received directly by Sixstone Games is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the processing purpose or legal obligations and is then securely deleted.
Data processed by third parties is retained and deleted according to the relevant providerโs policies. Users may withdraw consent through device settings, platform privacy controls, or the email address below. Users may also request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by Sixstone Games.
8. Childrenโs Privacy
Sixstone Games complies with applicable childrenโs privacy laws and app-store children and family policies. If we learn that a childโs personal information was directly provided when it should not have been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Versions directed to children do not use advertising or analytics features that are not permitted.
9. Security
Sixstone Games uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. Information processed by third parties is protected under their respective security practices and policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Services, SDKs, platform policies, or applicable laws. Changes and a revised effective date will be posted on this page.
