  • Payment Information: If you make in-app purchases (e.g., for an ad-free experience), your payment information is processed securely by third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) via purchases_flutter and in_app_purchase. We do not directly collect or store your sensitive payment details.

  • Advertising Identifiers: For advertising purposes, we may collect advertising identifiers (e.g., GAID for Android, IDFA for iOS) through google_mobile_ads.

  • Log Data: When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information in server logs, including your IP address, access times, and app crashes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• To Provide and Maintain the App: To deliver the core functionalities of SIXER, including managing your workout routines, tracking progress, and providing personalized experiences.

• To Improve and Personalize the App: To understand how users interact with the App, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features.

• To Facilitate Purchases: To process in-app purchases and manage your subscriptions (e.g., ad-free status).

• For Analytics and Research: To analyze usage patterns, conduct research, and gather statistical information to enhance the App's performance and user experience.

• For Advertising: To display relevant ads to users, unless you have purchased an ad-free version. We use google_mobile_ads for this purpose.

• To Communicate with You: To respond to your inquiries, provide support, and send you important updates or notifications related to the App.

• To Maintain Security and Prevent Fraud: To protect the integrity and security of the App and to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.

• To Comply with Legal Obligations: To meet any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with third parties in the following situations:

• With Your Consent: We may disclose your personal information when you provide us with your explicit consent to do so.

• Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Firebase (Google LLC): For authentication (firebase_auth), cloud storage (cloud_firestore), and analytics.

  • Google Mobile Ads (Google LLC): For displaying advertisements.

  • RevenueCat (Purchases Flutter): For managing in-app subscriptions and purchases.

  • Other Third-Party Libraries: As listed in our pubspec.yaml, such as shared_preferences for local data storage, audioplayers for sound effects, and google_fonts for custom fonts. While these libraries may access certain device capabilities, they do not inherently share personal user data with external services without explicit configuration.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency).

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

• Ad-Free Experience: You can choose to remove ads from the App through an in-app purchase.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the App's services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SIXER is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to remove that information from our systems.
