Introduction:
SIXAPPS Technologies is a team of experienced developers, designer’s marketers and publisher who develop mobile applications for android smart phone & devices. We are very much concerned about to protect our user’s privacy right. The purpose of this document is just to inform you about our policies related to disclosure of personal identifiable information for our users who want to use our apps. The data we use is only to ensure the performance of our apps.
Your privacy is important to SIXAPPS. Sometimes we need information to provide services that you request, this privacy statement applies.
Personal Information:
We DO NOT collect, store or use any personal information while you visit, download or upgrade our products. We may use personal information submitted by you only for the following purposes: help us develop, deliver, and improve our products and services and supply higher quality service; manage online surveys and other activities you’ve participated in. We don’t collect any information that user provide directly through the application contents. We always work on your prior permission at any level. All data entered by users through the application is stored on the user device and properly secured. The application does use third party service that may collect information used to identify you like Admob.

Location information:
When you use a location-enabled SIXAPPS service, we may collect and process information about your actual location, like GPS signals sent by a mobile device for some apps and services. We may also use various technologies to determine location. We use some analytics tools called fire-base in order to gain insight into our app is being used. This tools automatically certain types of information. The only information we get from your device is your device id that helps us to send relevant promotional information o you. Our application doesn’t use any kind of user sensitive information from your device. Most importantly, the information collected by us is not shared by any platform or the tired party.
When you use any of our app, we may keep as a mean of gathering information with regards to your use of our application. Such information is gathered with regards via Admob SDK that collects your information which helps in showing your ads for use of application. We do not collect your data log directly. It is Google with its services that fetches and keeps your log data that is only used by us for analysis purpose only.
We at SIXAPPS do not share any of the information collected by us with any other business or any other third party for either personal or commercial use. Our Services are not directed to persons under 13. Any of the services that we offer to our users are above the age of 13 and Google’s age parameters help us ensure it.
Security:
Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
Offline Use:
SIXAPPS allows the use of some features in its APPS offline (without internet connection). Offline play of the APPS will preclude the collection of any information pertaining to you and/or Your play of the APPS (including, as applicable) by any Third Parties (defined below) and/or SIXAPPS.
Online Use:
SIXAPPS does not collect any information from its Users. Some information may nonetheless be collected through third party services which are used in SIXAPPS such as advertising networks and stored on such Third Parties' servers.
Children’s Privacy(COPPA):
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 18. Children under the age of 18 must not use the Services for any purpose without first obtaining legally valid parental/guardian consent to this Privacy Policy (both for themselves and on your behalf). We do not knowingly collect personal information from any children under the age of 18 without such consent. Please contact us if you believe we have any personal information from any children under the age of 18 without such parental/guardian consent. We will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible.
Non Personal Information:
SIXAPPS allows Third parties to collect non personal information or non-identifiable information ("Non-Personal Information"). To put it simply, with respect to such Non Personal Information we have no idea what is the identity of the User from which Third Parties have collected the Non-personal Information.
· Non Personal Information collected by Third Parties may include the following technical information:
· Type of operation system (e.g. Android, etc.)
· Type of browser (e.g. Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
· Screen resolution (e.g. 800×600, 1024×768, 12280 * 800, etc.)
· Language (e.g. English)
· Device Vendor (e.g. Sony, Galaxy, HTC, iPhone, etc.)
· Geo-location – only general location may be collected. No street name or city/town name is collected.
· SIXAPPS allows Third Parties collection of Non-Personal Information for strict and limited purposes. Namely, for the limited purpose of analyzing the Service in order to provide You with the Service functionalities and performance.
Ad Serving Technology:
· SIXAPPS APPS may employ proprietary or third party ad serving technologies that may use cookies, tracking pixels or other technologies to collect information as a result of ad serving through our APPS as well as to help track results. Some dynamic advertisement serving technology enable advertising to be temporarily uploaded into your App, mobile device and replaced while you are online. We or third parties operating the advertisement serving technology may use information such as age and gender as well as information logged from your hardware or device to ensure that appropriate advertising is presented within the APPS and to calculate or control the number of unique and repeat views of a given ad, and/or deliver ads that relate to your interests and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns. We or third parties may collect data for this purpose including device ID's, information about your software, applications and hardware, browser information (and/or information passed via your browser), hardware, machine or device make and model, advertisement(s) served, in game location, length of time an advertisement was visible, other Internet and website usage information, web pages and mobile internet sites which have been viewed by you (as well as date and time), domain type, size of the advertisement, advertisement response (if any), and angle of view. The foregoing data may be used and disclosed per this policy and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad serving technology.
When you become a user of the Service, we will collect the statistic about users’ behavior and location. By learning and analyzing the statistic, we will improve the service and product to be better. We also use Google analytics for this purpose. We may allow others to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by us and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on the Services and other websites and better understand your online activity. If you want to stop receiving personalized ads, you can go to “Settings”, once you choose not to receive personalized ads, we and our third-party partners will stop sending personalized ads to you. Please note that the number of ads you see will not change, but they may be less relevant to you.
