In 2022, I worked as a research and teaching fellow at the Saint Etienne School of Economics, France. I have also held visiting scholar positions at the Department of Economics at the University of Sherbrooke, Canada—in 2021 and again from January to March 2025.
My research explores the impact of environmental threats on human capital formation, with a particular focus on health and education. I am also interested in the role of migration as a response to climate variability, as well as issues related to forced migration.
