I am a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at IIT Bombay and an associated faculty member of the Koita Center for Digital Health at IIT Bombay. I am currently leading the National Disease Modelling Consortium (NDMC) anchored at IIT Bombay.

My research interests are in theoretical and applied statistics, biostatistics, disease modelling and health informatics. With my PhD students I am working on optimal designs for geospatial and multivariate crossover experiments, spatio-temporal models, infectious disease modelling and analysis of missing and skewed data.
