This agreement is between You, referred to as "The Client" and Sandy’s Innovative Training Solutions Ltd. or SITS Ltd., referred to as "the Company".
The Company will provide Website Maintenance for You the Client as follows:
Collecting raw content from the Client.
Redesign raw content into appropriate and valuable content for website display.
Upload appropriate content to relevant web pages.
Update the Client's website with relevant digital and security services needed.
Responsibilities
The Company will upload The Client’s Intellectual Property to their website.
The Company will share all the steps of operation with The Client, so that The Client can agree with the operations, according to their personal principles and values.
The Client agrees to give the Company its Intellectual Property, content, training products and other material to perform its duties.
The Client will give the Company access to their list of customers/contacts (names and email addresses) for the purpose of marketing The Client’s programs and materials to those customers/contacts.
The Client is free to disagree with any operation in the use of their intellectual property and free to terminate this arrangement with the Company at any time. If The Client wishes to terminate this arrangement with the Company they will do so according to the Company’s Terms of Use.
The Client is fully responsible for their well-being during their interactions with the Company, including their choices and decisions. The Client understands that all decisions are exclusively theirs, and acknowledges that their decisions and actions regarding them are their responsibility.
The Client’s contact information; name, phone number or email address, will be kept completely confidential by the Company, according to the Company’s Privacy Policy unless otherwise agreed to share their contact information with anyone else. The Client’s contact information will be utilized strictly for the purpose of communicating with them unless otherwise stated or shared with the Company.
The Client will allow the Company to record and document the meeting sessions with them, to perform the requested tasks according to their specific decisions.
The Client is free to contact the Company to ask questions or communicate with the Company at any time using any of the Company’s contact information provided.
The Company will begin work within 24 hours of payment being received from The Client and must continue until the satisfactory completion of the Services.
The Company will send an invoice for the client, after each monthly payment is made, as a record of the client’s payment.
Payment Process
The Client will receive a link from the Company with this agreement to pay a monthly or annual subscription.
This payment will continue automatically on a monthly or annual basis, until the Client indicates by writing to end the maintenance service for their website.
Copyright
A Copyright notice that states “All rights reserved © year Company name. you@domain.com” will be displayed on the bottom of each page of your website.
The Contract is dated on the date The Client agrees to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The Client agrees with the Company on the details of this agreement. This will count as originals for all purposes.
