1. Absolute Asset Ownership & Digital Sovereignty

Based on our unique business model that grants clients full digital authority without recurring subscriptions, we guarantee the following:

• 100% Full Ownership: All accounts, websites developed via (Google Sites), YouTube channels, CRM systems built on (Google Sheets & Forms), and custom emails are the exclusive property of the client upon final delivery.

• Access & Control: Assets are structured and optimized, then primary ownership is completely transferred to the client. SITO HUB retains no access or administrative control unless explicitly requested by the client for future technical support.

• Zero Recurring Fees: The ecosystem guarantees that there are no hidden fees or monthly/annual subscriptions payable to SITO HUB for the built digital assets.

2. Data Collection and Security (Discover & Design Phases)

During the (Discover) and (Design) phases, we collect and utilize data strictly to ensure elite operational quality:

• Diagnostic Data: Information provided via Google Forms (business type, target keywords, contact details, existing links) is used solely to engineer and develop your digital business hub.

• Your Customers' Data (CRM Ecosystems): The systems we design for tracking visitors and managing clients via (Google Analytics) and (Google Sheets) are sealed and protected by Google's advanced security infrastructure. SITO HUB has zero access, visibility, or rights to utilize your customers' databases.

3. Client Obligations & Fair Use

As the sole owner of your sustainable digital hub, you agree to:

• Fully comply with the terms and policies of Google, the hosting ecosystem of your digital assets.

• Refrain from utilizing the designed platforms for any illegal activities, or promoting content that violates intellectual property or public ethics.

• Take full responsibility for safeguarding your passwords and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) protocols post-delivery.

4. Amendments & Policy Updates

the executive management of SITO HUB reserve the right to update or amend this policy to match Google's infrastructure updates or regulatory shifts. 

Clients and partners will be notified of any material changes via official communication channels.
