General rules of the facility
Dogs are not allowed inside the facility.
Smoking is not allowed inside the facility.
Smoking is allowed outside the house for this is provided a smoking area with ashtrays on the terrace of the bedroom.
The temperature of the house is set to 20 degrees Celsius in each room, in case you want to raise or lower the temperature please contact us.
In accordance with the house rules and regulations of the Municipal Police, you are requested to observe silence in the time slot between 14:00 and 16:00 hours and from 22:00 to 08:00 hours

Personal belongings
The guest must take care of valuables left in the apartment. I am not responsible for the possible disappearance of these items.
Damage and missing items
Any damage done after ascertaining responsibility, must be compensated by the guest. Items missing from the room facilities will be charged to the occupying guests.
Proper Use of the Facilities
Proper use of the toilet facilities is recommended, avoiding throwing tampons, Q-tips and other objects that may clog the toilet into the toilet (use of the appropriate bins is recommended).
