Ann Douglas is the author of twenty-six non-fiction books, including many bestselling titles in the parenting category. Her most recent book—Navigating the Messy Middle: A Fiercely Honest and Wildly Encouraging Guide for Midlife Women—is based on interviews with over 100 women at midlife. 

Ann is a passionate and inspiring speaker who delivers keynote addresses and leads small-group workshops at conferences and online events. She and her husband Neil live in the Ottawa Valley, where she is hard at work on her first novel.
