About Me

I've been in love with the arts for as long as I can remember! While I have always been drawn to all forms of creativity, my deep interest in literature is deeply reflected in my tertiary education journey:

1. Diploma is in Script Writing

2. Bachelor’s in Creative Writing

3. Master’s thesis in Creative and Cultural Industries is regarding Malaysian literature.

Though writing remains at the heart of my work, my passion for learning and growth has driven me to self-teach skills such as video editing and graphic design. My curiosity often pushes me to explore other creative fields such as doing production work and graphic design. Every feedback from my ventures has allowed me to adapt to the demands of each project with confidence and versatility.

I value collaboration as much as I do adaptability. To me, art is captivating precisely because it is the result of a tapestry of elements— colours, intentions, perspectives, and the many ways it is experienced. I believe in working closely with my team, valuing their voices and opinions, because a shared vision always elevates the final outcome.

One of my most notable professional achievements was being part of the content creator team for Petaling Jaya’s International Folklore Festival 2022. Spanning from 28 November to 4 December and featuring 8 countries and 10 states, the event is organised Petaling Jaya City Council which included a food festival, concert, marathon, and recreational art space. It was the largest event I have covered for a client’s social media page, and an invaluable experience in creating engaging content for a diverse, multicultural audience.

Today, I continue to work across creative writing, content creation, design, and digital storytelling— blending artistic vision with strategic thinking to create work that informs, inspires, and connects.
