Due to the digital nature of the software, SitesBuddy PRO purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges via your billing portal or the extension settings.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you wish to stop future renewals, you can easily cancel your subscription using either of the following two methods:Method 1: Via Direct Link
  1. Go directly to our secure billing portal hosted by Lemon Squeezy: sitesbuddy.lemonsqueezy.com/billing
  2. Enter the email address associated with your purchase to log in.
  3. Locate your active subscription and click Cancel.

Method 2: Via the Extension
  1. Open the SitesBuddy browser extension.
  2. Click the three dots (โ‹ฎ) menu icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on Manage subscription to view and cancel your active plan.
