Privacy Policy for ParsReport AI

ParsReport AI is designed to keep construction reporting data under the user's control.

Core app data

All project and report data is stored only on the user's device. It leaves the device only when the user chooses to export or share it. ParsReport AI does not sell personal data. The current version does not include accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or cloud synchronization of report content.

Data stored on the device

Information entered into ParsReport AI, including project details, daily reports, crew and subcontractor information, schedules, budgets, invoices, notes, and attached photos, is stored locally on the user's device.

Camera and photos

ParsReport AI requests camera access only when the user chooses to capture invoice, receipt, or job-site photos. Photos selected through the system photo picker or captured with the camera are used only for the reports created by the user.

Exporting and sharing

ParsReport AI exports or shares data only when the user initiates an action such as PDF export, backup, Share, or Save to Files. The destination chosen by the user may have its own privacy practices.

Subscriptions

ParsReport AI subscription purchases, trial eligibility, entitlement status, expiration, and restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple's privacy practices apply to the Apple ID and transaction information handled by the App Store.

AI, voice, and photo processing

Text-generation features use Apple Foundation Models (Apple Intelligence), which run entirely on the user's device. ParsReport AI does not send project reports, daily-report content, Change Order text, photos, voice recordings, or voice transcripts to ParsReport AI, to any server operated by the developer, or to any third-party AI service (such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic).

The only exception is Apple Speech Recognition: when the user records a voice note, the audio may be processed by Apple to produce the transcript, under Apple's privacy policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). The app asks for microphone and speech recognition permission before this happens.

Data deletion

Users can delete projects and reports inside the app. Removing the app from the device also removes locally stored app data, subject to device backups managed by Apple or the user.

Children

ParsReport AI is a business productivity tool and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated before ParsReport AI adds or changes network AI processing, accounts, analytics, cloud synchronization, or other data-handling features.
