Step 1 : Tap on template , a action sheet will open with various options.

Step 2: Tap on share menu highlighted in screenshot. It would open email client with selected checklist in attachment.

Step 3: After sending user can open email to mobile email client. And then tap on the attachment to download it.

Step 4: Go to download manager and tap on the downloaded checklist template file. After that "Site Checklist" app would open and show you the imported checklist.
