This website is operated by Valentyna Zhytnyk, an independent artist (“Seller”).

The Seller offers original artistic works titled “Art of Games”, which are sold individually through Stripe payment links.

By completing a purchase via Stripe, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.

1. Products

The Seller offers original, one-of-a-kind art pieces incorporating natural gemstones, collectively referred to as “Art of Games” (“Artwork”).

Each artwork is handmade and unique. No two pieces are identical.

Product images are provided for reference purposes only. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the artwork.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD (or EUR, if applicable).

Payments are processed securely via Stripe using individual payment links assigned to each artwork.

The Seller does not collect, store, or process payment information.
All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its security and compliance standards.

3. Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully completed through Stripe and payment confirmation has been issued by Stripe.

4. Shipping

Shipping method, destination, and estimated delivery timeframe are agreed individually with the buyer after payment, unless otherwise specified in the artwork description.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, postal services, customs procedures, or events beyond the Seller’s control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique, artistic, and handmade nature of the artwork:

All sales are final.

Returns or refunds are not accepted, except in cases of:

• • damage occurring during shipping, or

  • receipt of an incorrect artwork.

Any claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, descriptions, and related content remain the intellectual property of Valentyna Zhytnyk.

The purchase of artwork does not transfer any reproduction, resale, or commercial usage rights unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, ownership, or use of the artwork.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
