Introduction
It’s important that you read through this Terms of Service before going into an agreement with the artist. You are welcome to contact me via email (kazaviir@gmail.com), should you have any questions.
Artist type: Realism, Character Art, Character/creature designer.
Started: December 2015.
Art style:
• Realistic/realism.
• Anthropomorphic.
• Digitigrade Characters.

• Humans or human-faced characters of any type/species/Flat faces.
• Backgrounds. (Simple artistic backgrounds only)
• Heavily clothed/armored/mecha characters.
• Fetish themes; hyper/vore/gore/cub/scat/watersports, etc. (Please contact me if you are unsure)
• Illegal activities & hateful images.
• Machinery/buildings/vehicles.
• Oversized body parts (this includes extremely large breasts/groins)/hyper/anorexic.
• Anime/cartoon/chibi/My Little Pony & trademarked characters (Sonic the Hedgehog/Digimon/Pokémon, etc).
• Underage characters/minors
• Complex Tattoos.
You are welcome to contact me if you have questions about this list.
• You must be over the age of 18 to place an order.
• I retain the right to reject a commission at all times with or without explanation.
This can also be due to Trademarked characters, complexity or characters that don't follow my "I will not draw" list.
• I execute all character commissions in a realistic-as-possible manner.
For example; I don't draw characters in a "toony" manner or with crazy/wild expressions or body postures that an anatomically correct creature can't express/execute.
This also includes body types and the placement of limbs, etc.
Please check my online galleries to see my style, and how you can expect your character to be drawn in my style.
• Price quotes last 6 months from the day they’ve been given.
• Clear communication is essential. If the client decides not to reply back, the commission will be on hold for a maximum of 2 weeks and thereafter cancelled.
• All of my works are Mature by default. Please contact me if you wish your commission to be SFW instead.
• I am not obligated to make any background-checks on the client's character(s). Once a character is represented, I presume the character is free to work with.
If the represented character appears to be stolen or used without permission by the client, the commission will be cancelled, said artwork will be removed, and the client will be blacklisted/reported.
• I do not work with deadlines. I chose this because I don't wish to rush your commission and potentially lower the quality due to this.
• I need a good visual reference of your character to execute your commission in the best possible manner. 2-3 2D visual references is enough which should display both the front and the back of your character.
If you do not have visual references of your character, I’d need an extremely detailed description of your character. The more detailed, the better!
• You’re commissioning a digital artwork in the PNG format. No physical items will be shipped to you.
• All of my works are of a 300 dpi and can be above 2000+ pixels as of the original file size. The client can’t administer these settings.
• Please do not ask me to lower my prices of any type of commission unless I specifically have a discount or a sale going. My prices are non-negotiable.
• Please be aware that I can do color adjustments to your character(s) if the presented colors aren’t suitable for me to work with. Examples can be characters that are completely white, black or have bright/neon colors included. I will adjust the colors to suit my preference.
• After you get one of my available commission slots, you will be contacted for information regarding the commission. If you do not respond within 48 hours, your slot will be cancelled.
• My prices are in EURO (€) only.
• I only accept payments via Paypal Invoices. I do not accept bank transfers or money orders, etc.
• My prices are non-negotiable.
• I reserve the right to change the pricing of any work due to increased complexity.
• The client has a time frame of 7 days to deliver the first half/full commission payment or their queue slot will be cancelled.
• Payment plans in the form of 50%/50% of the total price is possible, if your commission is at minimum €80.00.
The second payment must be delivered within 31 days after the first payment has been placed.
Please note that your commission files won't be delivered before I have received both the first and last payment.
If you don’t deliver the second payment within 32 days, your commission will be cancelled and you will receive a refund for the remaining work.
• The client must pay the commission in full, before the final commission files will be delivered.
Information on Progress, WIPs & Delivery time
• All progress can be followed on my Commission Tracker.
• The client will receive private images of work in progress. There won’t be any exchanges of raw PSD files.
At the sketch or redline stage is where edits to the artwork in terms of changes to the overall pose/body/composition can be made.
After the lineart stage, fees can apply if the client wishes for moderate changes after the approval of the sketch/redline & lineart stages.
I would appreciate it if the given work in progress images aren’t uploaded publicly by the client.
• The commissioned artwork is expected to be delivered within 7* days.
You do not need to contact me to hear how your commission is coming along, you are guaranteed to get contacted when your commission has reached a stage where it can be shown to you (sketch/lineart/color/shading). However, you can always contact me if you have any further questions.
* = The delivery time may vary depending on your position in the commission queue, as commissions are completed by list order.
Also high seasons like Christmas/New Years where common holidays are placed, can also increase delivery time.
Alterations/edits of artwork after completion
• Fees can be charged if you want changes to your commission after the commission is produced. This solely depends on the amount of changes you wish for.
Small alterations (Examples: Claw length, ear size, eye color) can be applied after your commission has been produced.
Larger alterations (Examples: The overall pose, the body type, the legs & arms) will initiate an additional fee.
I ask that you always let me know your honest opinion during the stages before completion and let me know if you want any changes.
• If it happened that I missed something on your character(s) (markings/details/etc.) that was clearly present on your reference, I will correct it free of charge.
└─ If you point out something that's missing that was not visible on your reference, I will not be at fault. Extra fees can be charged for adding what wasn't visible on your references shown.
• Completed works aren't allowed to be altered in any way without my permission.
• On reference sheets: You are welcome to contact me if you have received a reference sheet which you would like to have some smaller changes made towards (Like a color, the character name, bio).

Holdings & anonymous commissions
• I can hold your commission from being publicly posted up to 3 weeks.
• If the client wants to remain anonymous, they will be displayed as such in the description of their commission.
• If the client does not wish their commission to be publicly posted, please let me know beforehand.

Violation of these rules can result in rejection of the buyer from future commissions.
• If it happens that I, for any reason, cannot finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.• If it happens that you want to cancel a commission, please contact me and you will be refunded for the remaining work;
At the sketch stage, the client will receive a full refund.

50% total if the commission is colored/shaded.
If the artwork is completed, a refund will not be permissible.
All clients are under the same refund warranty; You will receive your refund within a time span of 48 hours.
Please do not suddenly initiate a chargeback via PayPal without contacting me first. This behaviour will unfortunately result in blacklisting, and I will not work on the commission or with the client any further.
Should a chargeback be issued on pre-made artworks (examples: adoptables, character designs, etc), the rights will be returned to the artist and the artworks are eligible for re-sale.
• I have the right to recycle any work not produced/published. This includes artwork that has reached the lineart stage.
• If the client shows inappropriate behavior, becomes hostile or shows unwillingness to cooperate with me, their commission will be immediately cancelled, they will be refunded for the remaining work (if any work has been started), and loses the ability to commission me any further.
The work in question will be recycled and sold.
