About Us

The unfilled need:

People living with HIV and vulnerable populations have many obstacles in accessing the services they need to get into care and stay in care and get or stay healthy.  Some of these obstacles include experiencing mountains of paperwork, experiencing stigma when attempting to access services, language barriers, service providers not understanding or anticipating their needs or not offering the appropriate services or taking the time required with them to be successful in attaining these services.

We are able to identify the barriers and needs of the client in order to connect them with the services needed. We are flexible in our approach to do whatever it takes to get the needed services.  We don't shy away from challenging cases and are able to meet the clients where they are, whether that is in their homes, a hospital, a shelter, on the street or wherever works for the client.

Meeting clients where they are is not only in the physical sense, but emotionally, educationally, language-wise and by their readiness for care.

We are here to help the client get to the next level of their life.  Providing self-directed care so the client determines their goals and we provide the mentoring and guidance for them to achieve them.
