Bring a friend - mat Pilates for Two!

You and your "pal" will get the private mat Pilates experience with Tina as your guide. In these sessions, you will use the fundamentals of Pilates to become a stronger, more flexible you.

Tina is a NASM/AFAA certified instructor and has been teaching Pilates since 2011 and has been dancing for decades! She teaches a variety of dance fitness and mat Pilates classes in-person and online. She is a mama of 3 and loves what she does.
Tina also co-hosts fitness events with her sister, that promote their mission of bringing communities together through music and movement!
