For decades, Tina and Dana have been in the fitness and dance world! Their passion for dance and community has cultivated an inclusive environment for all ages and abilities to feel confident while moving to the beat!

Tina and Dana have ongoing classes, both online and in person, such as Cardio Line Dance, Ballroom, Wedding Dance Lessons, Private Pilates, Mommy & Me, Core Connection, and Kids Just Dance. They coordinate special events like Dance-A-Thons, Salsa Socials, and celebrations of all sizes. These two sisters are always doing SOMETHING to bring people together!
