RESERVATION FEE:

SGDC Clinics will be implementing a reservation fee of:

P200 for Adult patient

P300 for Pedia patient

to secure your appointment. This will be deducted to the final dental bill on the day of your visit.

The reservation fee will be forfieted for cancellations, no show, and last minute reschedule requests.This is to ensure that slots reserved will go to patients who are really in need of dental treatment.

Reservation fee will also be forfieted for patients who are late for more than 15 mins of their alloted time (depending on the procedure).

If in case you will be running late kindly inform us ahead of time and we will try our best to accommodate you or give you another time slot.

Reservation fee made beyond 7PM shall be processed the next working day at 10:00AM onwards. Please make your reservation before 7pm to secure your slot
