Mr. Frank Miller’s involvement in the marching music world from a student, to teacher, designer and consultant spans over 4 decades. Miller is the current Artistic Director for Cary High School Marching Band in Cary, NC while also serving as the Director of Education, and Judge Administrator for both the Carolina Judges Association, and the Carolina Winter Ensemble Association. As an accredited adjudicator with some of the most esteemed judging associations and pageantry organizations around the globe Mr. Miller also judges for Drum Corps International, Winter Guard International and Bands of America just to name a few. In his professional life, he is the Vice President of a corporation in the fashion industry. He resides in Southwestern PA with his wife Judy and daughter Laura.
