User accounts on Siruthuligal are created only by the admin. Users cannot register or sign up on their own. The admin will collect basic personal information and savings details offline and input them into the app.

We collect the following limited information:

• Basic User Information: Name, phone number, and reference details.

• Savings Data: Daily or monthly savings manually recorded by the admin based on the user’s contributions.

• App Usage Data: Minimal non-personal data to monitor system performance and ensure reliability.

🔒 Note: We do not collect any bank account, payment, or digital financial information.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Maintain and display your total saved amount.

• Track your offline savings progress.

• Generate monthly summaries of your contributions.

• Provide support and account management.

6. No Financial Transactions or Online Payments

Siruthuligal does not process any online transactions. All savings are collected offline, and the app is used only to track and display manually entered data.

7. Data Sharing

Your data is not shared with any third parties. Only authorized admin personnel can access your information for management and tracking purposes.

We take appropriate measures to secure your data. Access is limited to authorized administrators, and data is stored in secure systems.

9. Data Retention

Your data will be retained as long as your profile is active in the app. If your savings are discontinued or your profile is removed, data will be archived or securely deleted upon request.

• View the savings information maintained in your name.

• Request corrections to your name or contact details.

• Ask the admin to delete your profile from the system.
