I am an Associate Professor in the People and Organisations Department of NEOMA Business School (France). My research examines how leaders' behaviors and followers' perceptions are shaped by cultural, historical, developmental, and evolutionary processes. I also specialize in quantitative research methods, with a particular focus on causal inference, experimental designs, and structural equation modeling.
I previously served as an Associate Editor and Method Advisor for The Leadership Quarterly and continue to serve on its editorial board. Prior to joining NEOMA, I was Lecturer (Chargé de Cours) and a Research Fellow (Chargé de Recherche) in the Organizational Behavior Department at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, where I earned my PhD in Summer 2020.
