Sir Donald Foundation exists to create, support, and provide opportunities for the advancement, empowerment and intrinsic growth of criminal justice involved individuals, their families and the communities in which they live.

Sir Donald Foundation will invest in and promote a mutual trust between the organization and the people we serve and the public that requires responding to local needs for rehabilitation services, Crime & Criminal impact intervention, and community safety, be reliable and trustworthy, demonstrate problem solving and decision-making skills, and be accountable for what we do and who we are.

Sir Donald Foundation will obtain and maintain the knowledge to provide careful stewardship of human and financial resources, to provide positive contributions to the broader community, and share our time, talents and experiences with others.
Experience
Sir Donald Foundation will lead the community in utilizing unique corrections and community experience to create collaborative returning citizens community development through its staff and board, partner with experienced based individuals, agencies, organizations and a network of people with common agenda, cause, and/or interest who collaborate by sharing ideas, information and other resources.
