Yes! Sips N Dip A Mobile Bar is a dry-hire mobile bar service. This means you provide the alcohol, and we supply the bartenders, bar setup, tools, mixers (depending on package), and everything needed to serve your drinks professionally.
Absolutely! We provide a complete shopping list and planning support, including guidance on how much alcohol to purchase based on your guest count, event length, and bar style.
Our BYOB mobile bar setup fee includes:
• Up to 4 hours of bar service
• One professional bartender
• Travel within 40 miles
• Insurance coverage
• Basic bar setup & equipment
• Planning Zoom call + shopping list
• Basic garnishes (limes, lemons, oranges, cherries)
• Cups (12oz, 9oz, 1oz)
• Coolers
Clients are responsible for:
• All alcohol (per state law)
• Additional garnishes if desired
• Glassware (if not using disposable cups)
• Venue requirements or permits
We require 1 bartender per 60 guests.
Additional bartenders are:
✔ $250 each
✔ May also be required depending on add-on services or venue rules
The base package includes up to 4 hours of service.
You may add:
• Additional hours (up to 2 extra hours)
Yes! Travel up to 40 miles is included. Additional travel may incur mileage fees.
Yes! These are optional add-ons such as:
• Mixer packages
• Ice supply
• Water station
• Champagne toast service
• Table wine service
• Signature drink mixers
• Second bar setup
Yes. There is a minimum gratuity of $250 per bartender.
If the tip jar does not reach this amount, the host is responsible for covering the difference.
To secure your event:
✔ Signed contract
✔ 50% non-refundable deposit
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Deposits are non-refundable.
However, events may be rescheduled within one calendar year based on availability.
Yes! Sip N Dip A Mobile Bar carries liability insurance and can provide proof to venues upon request.
No. We strictly follow New Mexico alcohol laws and will not serve anyone under 21. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Yes. The client must provide meals for all Sip N Dip A Mobile Bar staff during the event.
We operate independently from venues. Some venues may have restrictions that affect what services we can legally provide, so it is important to confirm their policies in advance.
