SipFirst ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information when using the SipFirst mobile application.

SipFirst may collect the following information:

• Device information necessary for app functionality.

• Subscription and purchase information processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Crash reports and analytics to improve app stability.

Camera Access

SipFirst requests access to your device's camera solely to verify hydration by analyzing a clear glass of water during the app unlocking process.

Camera images and video are processed only for this functionality. SipFirst does not use camera access for advertising purposes.

App Usage & Accessibility Permissions

On supported devices, SipFirst may request Usage Access or Accessibility permissions to temporarily lock selected applications based on your configured screen time limits.

These permissions are used exclusively to provide SipFirst's core functionality and are never used to monitor unrelated activity or collect personal content.

Subscription

SipFirst offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are purchased and processed securely through the Apple App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings screen in the SipFirst app or through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. SipFirst does not collect, process, or store your payment information. All payments, billing, and subscription management are handled securely by Apple.

Notifications

SipFirst may send notifications related to reminders, hydration, app unlocking, and important account or subscription information. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve SipFirst's features.

• Enable hydration verification.

• Manage app locking and unlocking functionality.

• Process subscriptions.

• Improve reliability, performance, and security.

• Respond to customer support requests.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Children's Privacy

SipFirst is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
